Today was my second trip here. The first one I asked them to order mud flaps. After several months, I finally ordered them myself. I had a 9am appointment. After almost 4 hours, the tech came out to tell me they were done. They only installed the front 2. I go back to waiting for the back 2 to be installed. After a couple minutes they came to tell me that the rear ones won't fit due to running boards. Straightforward people, no tricks, no pressure, competent. Any error was caught by the dealer without having to fight. They are detail oriented and nice people. I ordered a 2025 F-150. The owner knew how to built it based upon the items that I wanted - no problem. I worked with a dealership earier and they either did not want to build one or did not know how.

Took my car in to be checked out. Called and made appointment, car was surging a little. At that time I was told they would have to keep it 2 weeks. Said it was probably my transmission, ask me how many miles I had on car. I told him. He told me it is under warranty. Shocked me. I took it on Wednesday morning around 7:15 am.
