If You're Just Looking — I'm Researching

Is Hebert's Town & Country Ford family-owned?
Yes. Hebert's Town & Country Ford is owned and operated by the Hebert family. Mark A. Hebert Sr. owns the dealership group, with the third generation — Beau, Chris, and Drew — actively running operations across all Hebert locations including the Minden Ford store. The family that sold to your parents is still here to serve you.
How long has the Hebert family been in the auto industry?
Since 1981 — a 45-year, three-generation track record. Mark Sr. grew the family business into the multi-rooftop Hebert dealership group, and the Minden Ford store opened in 2010 under that same family standard.
Why does it matter that Mark Hebert is LADA Chairman?
Mark A. Hebert Sr. serves as Chairman of the Louisiana Automobile Dealers Association and as NADA Louisiana State Director. When the person who owns your dealership represents Louisiana's auto industry to state and national policy bodies, day-to-day store practices reflect that level of accountability.
Do the three Hebert dealerships work together?
Yes. The group operates three rooftops: Hebert's Town & Country CDJR (Shreveport), Hebert Jeep CDJR (Natchitoches), and Hebert's Town & Country Ford (Minden). Service records, customer accounts, and protection plans transfer between locations — so if you bought in Minden but live closer to Shreveport, your records are accessible at any Hebert store.
Has Hebert's won industry awards?
The Hebert family business has earned recognition across sales, service, and customer satisfaction over decades. Mark Sr.'s LADA Chairman and NADA State Director roles are themselves peer-elected industry recognition. The Minden Ford store holds a 4.6-star Google rating across 224 reviews and a 5.0-star DealerRater service rating across 39 reviews. See Awards & Recognitions →

If You're Ready to Take Action — I'm Ready to Buy

What Ford vehicles do you sell?
We're an authorized Ford dealer carrying the full lineup: F-150 and Super Duty trucks, Bronco and Bronco Sport, Mustang, Explorer and Expedition, Escape and Edge, Maverick and Ranger, plus Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning — and a curated multi-brand pre-owned selection.
Do you carry F-150 and Super Duty inventory?
Yes. The F-150 is one of our highest-volume new vehicles, stocked across trims from XL and XLT to Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Raptor variants subject to availability. Super Duty F-250 and F-350 are part of our regular inventory for work-truck and heavy-haul buyers.
Can I see your inventory before I drive over?
Yes. Browse our full new and pre-owned inventory online before visiting. Each listing includes photos, pricing, equipment details, and Carfax history on pre-owned vehicles. Inventory updates daily, so what you see online reflects what's on the lot.
Can I get a price quote without giving up personal information?
Yes. Pricing is published on our inventory listings, and we'll provide an out-the-door price without requiring a credit pull or extensive personal information. We don't withhold pricing to force a phone call. To test-drive or finance we'll need a few details, but not for a quote.
What financing options do you offer, and what credit do I need?
We work with all credit profiles — prime to subprime — through Ford Credit, major banks, credit unions, and specialty lenders. Complete an online application in minutes for a real loan range that doesn't affect your credit score, then we work it against multiple lenders for your best rate and terms. We'll be straightforward about what's realistic for your situation.
Do you sell extended warranties?
Yes. We offer Ford Protect Extended Service Plans — Ford's factory-backed extended warranty product, honored at any Ford dealership nationwide. It's optional, and you can add it at purchase or buy it later.

If You're Looking to Sell or Trade

How does selling my car to Hebert's work?
Three steps: get an instant online estimate from your VIN or plate in about two minutes; bring the vehicle in for a brief inspection that's typically 30 minutes from arrival to payment; then get paid on the spot or roll the value into another vehicle. Your estimate is good for 7 days at any Hebert location. Start your estimate →
Do I have to buy a car from Hebert's to sell mine?
No. We buy vehicles outright with no purchase required, and the estimate is the same number whether you trade or sell outright. Many sellers walk in with a vehicle and walk out with a check.
What if I owe more than my car is worth?
That's being upside-down on a loan, and we handle it regularly. You can pay the difference at sale, roll the negative equity into your next vehicle's loan, or hold the vehicle until your equity improves. We'll show you the numbers for each path.
Is it better to trade in or sell outright in Louisiana?
Louisiana sales tax applies to the trade differential rather than the full price of your next vehicle, which often makes trading more financially advantageous than selling outright and buying separately. We'll run both numbers so you can compare.

If Something Needs Attention — I Need Service

How do I schedule service?
Schedule online through our service scheduler or call the service department at (318) 377-8694. Most appointments are available within a few days, with same-day availability for oil changes and Express Lane services.
Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
No. Express Lane oil changes don't require an appointment — just drive in. They typically take 30 to 45 minutes and include a synthetic oil change, filter, multi-point inspection, fluid top-off, and tire pressure check.
Are your service technicians factory-trained?
Yes. Our technicians are Ford-certified and trained on Ford's specific systems. They use Ford's IDS and FDRS scan tools — the same diagnostic equipment Ford engineers use — to read manufacturer-specific codes that generic shops can't access.
Are recall repairs free?
Yes. Recall repairs are completely free to the customer regardless of vehicle age or mileage, because Ford pays the dealer to perform the work. Bring us your VIN and we can check for open recalls; most take one to three hours.
Will my service history transfer between Hebert locations?
Yes. All three Hebert locations share the same dealer management system, so your full service history is accessible at any of them. Note that warranty repair work specifically must be done at a Ford dealer, such as the Minden Ford store.
