01What "Employee Pricing for Everyone" actually means
For years, the best deal in any Ford showroom was reserved for people who carried a Ford badge — employees, friends, and family on what's called the A/Z Plan. Right now, that's changed. As part of its "American Value. For American Values" campaign marking the country's 250th anniversary, Ford has extended that insider pricing to every U.S. customer, no employer required.
In plain terms: the price is set below MSRP, it's the same number a Ford employee would pay, and there's no negotiation game to play. You don't need a code, a coupon, or a connection. You just need to want a new Ford or Lincoln before the window closes.
02Why now — and why the window is short
This isn't a year-round program. Ford's employee pricing event runs through July 6, 2026, and the savings are tied to vehicles that are on the ground or already inbound. That's the part shoppers underestimate. A nine-week calendar sounds generous until you factor in the trim, the color, and the configuration you actually want. Popular F-150 builds and family SUVs move fast in Northwest Louisiana, and once a unit sells, the price goes with it.
If you've been waiting for the right moment to trade up, this is the kind of moment that doesn't repeat on a schedule. The earlier you start, the more of our Minden inventory you have to choose from.
03What you can actually save
Savings vary by model and trim — Ford has said buyers can save anywhere from several hundred to several thousand dollars off MSRP, depending on the vehicle. On a well-equipped truck or SUV, that's real money back in your pocket.
Two things make it even better here. First, your trade-in still counts — whatever equity you have in your current vehicle comes off the employee price exactly the way it would come off the sticker. Second, depending on the model, other Ford programs like bonus cash or military and first-responder offers may stack on top. The simplest way to know your number is to ask us for the employee price on the exact vehicle you want — we'll run it with your trade and any offers that apply.
04Which Fords qualify in our showroom
The event covers most new 2025 and 2026 Ford and Lincoln models — including the trucks, SUVs, and EVs we keep on the lot in Minden:
Ford F-150
America's work truck — the backbone of every job site and deer lease in the parish. Employee pricing on most configurations.
Bronco · Explorer · Expedition
From trail-ready to three-row family hauler. Room, capability, and the safety features that matter on Louisiana roads.
Mustang Mach-E · F-150 Lightning
Go electric with employee pricing on select EVs — lower running costs without giving up Ford capability.
The Lincoln Lineup
Luxury and quiet comfort, family-owned service behind it. Most new Lincoln models are part of the event too.
Buy it from a family — not a chain.
A national sales event is only as good as the people standing behind it. Hebert's Town & Country Ford has been family-owned and operated in Minden since 1981. We're not a faceless group with a call center in another state — we're your neighbors in Webster Parish, and the same people who sell you the truck are the ones you'll see at the parts counter and on the service drive for years after. Our service team has earned a reputation across the area for honest, knowledgeable work — the kind of relationship that's worth more than any one deal. That's the difference that doesn't show up on a window sticker.
